Sleep Apnea
This is the big one. Fully 85% of troubled sleepers we examine are affected by some form of apnea. Apneas are always disruptive, and in extreme cases can be lethal. Apneas are easily treatable with modern equipment.
Excessive Daytime Sleepiness
This is a productivity sapper that can also be extremely dangerous – such as when driving. EDS can be greatly improved with medications and diet and lifestyle changes.
Sleep Disorders
Insomnia
Insomnia is well known as the inability to sleep or to fall asleep. Needless to say, when you don't sleep well nothing is well. We can diagnose and treat your insomnia accurately.
Hypersomnia
If you sleep too much – during the day, night, and morning, you may be experiencing hypersomnia. Symptoms include sleeping in too late, chronic depression, and chronic fatigue. Medications, diet and lifestyle changes can all relieve hypersomnia.

Sleep Phase Syndrome
If your sleep cycles are out of phase – either up too late, sleeping in too late (usually teens and college students), or sleeping early and waking up too early (often the elderly) – we can help you get back to more normal sleep patterns.
