Primary Care Specialists provides patients with a medical home. A place where, as the patient, you know the providers and are able to get medial care during the day, evenings, and Saturdays. As a clinic, we have a strong focus on prevention. We strive to provide education and screening to keep our patients healthy. Dr. Mark Mansfield has practiced in Pocatello for nearly 12 years. He is currently the only Family Medicine Physician in Pocatello privileged at PMC to perform Colonoscopy and EGD, as well as C-sections. These types of hospital privileges allow Dr. Mansfield to provide additional services to his patients. As a physician, he remains focused on the overall preventive health and wellness of his patients. Dr. Mansfield is a proud member of the medical staff at Portneuf Medical Center. -
Dr. Richard Maynard has practiced in Pocatello since 1990. His practice also offers patients OB care, and Dr. Maynard routinely performs many types of office based procedures. He has a great interest in pediatrics, as well as adult medicine. "Keeping patients healthy is as important as helping them when they are ill. Annual physicals are the key to this." Dr. Maynard is also a proud member of the Portneuf Medical Center medical staff. -
Nicole Manning, PA-C, currently the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistant of the year, has been with PCS since 2000. A Pocatello native and ISU graduate, Nicole has a genuine concern for residents of SE Idaho. She is highly regarded in the medical community for her knowledge and professional level of care. -
David Hill, PA-C, joined the PCS staff in August 2007. Also an ISU graduate, Dave has quickly built a foundation in SE Idaho. Dave is available to see all patients for routine care, chronic care, physicals, and has a special interest in sports medicine. -
Ellie Taggart, PA-C, has been with PCS since 2007 and can also be seen at the ISU Student Health Center. Ellie offers a special focus on women's health, and is also available for routine and preventive care for all patients. She is available during the evenings and Saturdays at PCS. -
Shawna Reynolds, PA-C, is our newest addition to PCS. A recent ISU graduate, Shawna chose the medical field to be able to both treat and educate people about their health. Shawna is available daytime and evening hours as well as Saturdays. -
